C.O.R.E. Visor Light Bar Deposit Agreement

What it includes

Light bar built with 1.25-inch tubing, reinforced with 1-inch structural support tubing for maximum strength and durability.
Engineered to carry the load of up to six high-output LED lights.

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of $250 is due to reserve the bumper kit. We will invoice you for the entire amount once your light bar is ready to ship/install.

Delivery Timeline and Customer Options

In we do not have one in-stock, you can expected your order to arrive at Couch Off Road Engineering within 3 months after a deposit has been received.

If the light bar is not received by that date, the customer may choose one of the following options:

Request a refund of the $250 deposit.
Continue with the order and receive a $50 discount on labor or $50 off the cost of the light bar.

Delivery and Installation

Installation will be performed at Couch Off Road Engineering, 32151 E. 88th Ave., Commerce City, CO 80022, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties. Please select your preference below.

Preferred Installation and Delivery Method:

Pick up & have light bar installed at Couch Off Road Engineering (sales tax rate of 4.75% will be applied to your final invoice).

Pick up at Couch Off Road Engineering - 32151 East 88th Avenue (sales tax rate of 4.75% will be applied to your final invoice).

Deliver to your address listed on this form. You plan on handling/coordinating the installation.
